British Actress NICHOLA FYNN Is Earning Laughs and Thrills Across the Pond

LOS ANGELES (March 6, 2015) –British actress NICHOLA FYNN has surfaced in Hollywood as ‘one-to-watch’ for big laughs and bone tingling thrills.

Fynn displayed her comedy chops when she Guest Starred on TV Land’s popular comedy series, HOT IN CLEVELAND. In the sixth season episode titled “Bossy Cups,” Fynn portrayed Olivia, who became fast friends with the ladies, earning her the label of the 'New Joy'.

Fynn was delighted to work alongside such comedy veterans, including the legendary Betty White, Valerie Bertinelli, Jane Leeves and Wendie Malick, plus special guest stars Robert Wagner and Will Sasso. Fynn adds, "The opportunity to work with these actors and actresses felt like an advanced class in comedy. It made me fall in love with acting all over again. They were days full of laughs that I won't soon forget."

Coming soon, Fynn will head to the big screen starring in the fast-paced sci-fi thriller, ALTERED PERCEPTION. Directed by Kate Rees Davies, the film follows four couples as they embark on a clinical trial of a new medication that is designed to help users move past traumatic experiences by altering their perception. As the couples continue their treatment, they begin to question and doubt their memories and eventually their sanity. Written by Travis Romero, the film also stars Jon Huertas (Castle), Jennifer Blanc-Biehn (Dark Angel), Hallie Jordan, Jade Tailor, Emrhys Cooper and Matthew Ziff

Fynn previously teamed up with writer/director Kate Rees Davies, under the Audacious Entertainment banner, as the producer and star of the dramatic short film, BROKEN. This thought provoking story centers around the treacherous rape of a young and innocent girl living abroad. The film quickly earned high praise on the festival circuit, including a screening at the 2014 Cannes Film Festival.

Originally from Billericay Essex, Fynn has worked hard to build a solid resume and reputation on both sides of the pond. She has appeared in several global blockbusters, including the Bond installment “Skyfall” and the Disney mega-hit “Pirates of the Caribbean: On Stranger Tides”; and numerous independent projects including Jennifer Blanc-Biehn’s directorial film debut, “The Night Visitor.” Fynn first hones her talents by studying at the prestigious Italia Conti Academy of Theatre Arts in London, where she graduated with a degree in Performing Arts.

Nichola Fynn is represented by Sharon Holleran of A&R Management.
