Trip of a Lifetime is now accepting applications for its Summer 2014 Program

Scarsdale, NY, Jan. 13th, 2014: Trip of a Lifetime (TOAL) is now accepting applications for its 2014 Summer Program. All students between grades 8-11 are eligible to apply to go on two to four week summer travel experiences. The deadline for the 2014 program is March 15th, 2014. Applications are available for download on the Trip of a Lifetime website (www.projecttoal.org). Successful applicants to the program should demonstrate financial need as well as a commitment to community service.

About Trip of a Lifetime: Trip of a Lifetime is a student-run nonprofit organization dedicated to providing underprivileged middle and high school students with unique travel experiences that will enrich their lives and unlock their potential. The organization was created for students by students and 100% of all money raised goes directly toward funding trips. Since its inception, Trip of a Lifetime has raised over $300,000 and sent thirty two students on life-changing trips. Alumni have given back in a variety of ways including starting their own charities, joining student government, and mentoring peers
