The JACK Group Transforms Alexandria, VA Office Building Into Executive and Co-Working Suites

The JACK Group -- a collaboration of The JCR Companies, CAS Riegler, and Snead Construction -- has transformed an Alexandria, VA office building into The Agency at 950, with over 50 “plug-and-play” executive office and co-working suites designed for consultants, small businesses, and companies seeking temporary office space.

JACK already has leased space to such diverse businesses as government contracting, photography, event planning, and information technology. Executive offices allow tenants to enjoy the building’s convenient amenities along with their own personal and secure office space. Seven co-working offices are designed to accommodate six to ten users within the same organization. Affordably priced drop-in spaces also are available. Shared building amenities include a modern lounge area and café, conference or “huddle” rooms, event space, outdoor patios, and onsite covered parking.

Located at 950 North Washington Street, The Agency provides easy pedestrian access to the Braddock Road Metro as well as the many shops, restaurants, and services of Old Town Alexandria including the highly rated Restaurant Eve, Trader Joes, Whole Foods Market, two coffee shops, three fitness clubs, and more. JACK acquired the 26,347 SF building earlier this year from its prior occupant, the American Association of Physician Assistants, which moved to Alexandria’s Carlyle neighborhood.
