Madison Street Capital Advises on the sale of Water & Waste Water Systems for multiple Louisiana Parishes to Utilities Inc.

International Investment Banking Firm Assisted Water/Waste Water Utilities in Sale of all assets

Chicago -- (August, 2014) -- Madison Street Capital, LLC (Madison Street Capital) acted as the exclusive advisor to the Water & Waste Water Systems in the Parishes of Morehouse, Richland, Winn, Jackson, Bienville and Madison in their sale to Utilities Inc., a water/waste water utility company in North Eastern Louisiana.  The announcement was made today by Charles Botchway, Chief Executive Officer of Madison Street Capital.  The transaction team was led by Jay Rodgers, Managing Director at Madison Street Capital. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
