Chef de Cuisine Theresia Ota creates special menu for the official release party for new Boulevard beer on April 7
KANSAS CITY, Mo. (April 4, 2016) – Boulevard Brewery Co. will celebrate the official release of its new Tropical Pale Ale at Jax Fish House on National Beer Day, Thursday, April 7. Jax Chef de Cuisine Theresia Ota created special tropical items to celebrate the occasion, only offered on April 7. Pastry Chef Kelly Conwell also put a tropical spin on her sweet creations, serving a tropical frozen dessert during the event.
The Boulevard Tropical Pale Ale release specials will be available starting at 4 p.m. on Thursday, April 7, in addition to the regular menu. The new Boulevard beer will also be available for purchase at Jax Fish House.
