Selk’bag’s name is derived from the Selk’nam, an indigenous people who lived in Chile’s austral extreme in the late 19th century. The evolution of the Selk’bag began in Santiago, Chile, when Rodrigo Alonso created the Selk’bag Sleepwear System in 2006.
