IRVINE, Calif.—1/30/2014 — Sperry Van Ness International Corporation (SVNIC), a commercial real estate brokerage franchisor, announced today that the company has ended a successful year with 20 new franchises, 8 satellite offices opened by existing franchisees and the launch of a new property management franchise product: SVN Property Management (SVN|PM). In a short time, SVN has expanded its management business to 40 million square feet and 25,000 multi-housing units and plans to aggressively grow the business unit in the near term.
The launch of SVN|PM follows a highly successful year for Sperry Van Ness International Corporation, which achieved significant growth in 2013 and is poised for additional expansion in the coming year. SVNIC experienced a 60% increase in new franchise sales and a 28% increase in revenue in addition to launching a successful auction services platform, which is continuing to produce online and in-person auctions across the country throughout 2014.

In the last year, SVNIC added 20 new franchise offices nationwide, including Houston and Dallas, TX; Boston, MA; New York, NY; Oklahoma City, OK, Chicago, IL and LA, Irvine and Fremont, CA among others. Expansion of existing franchises occurred in FL, CA, NY, and OR. The new franchises are divided between commercial real estate brokerage and the company’s new property management product. SVNIC anticipates further franchise growth in 2014.
Growth into New Markets & Services
The company expanded their national service offerings through their National Accounts team, which helps value, transition and dispose of large portfolios in diverse geographic markets. In addition, SVNIC has launched a Corporate Services platform where it provides consultative commercial real estate strategy and execution for larger tenants with leased and owned properties.
