Surefire Social Ramps Up Executive Team in Advance of New Software Launch
Washington DC/Northern Virginia based Surefire Social has added Shashi Bellamkonda to the Surefire Social executive team as Chief Marketing Officer. The addition of Bellamkonda adds marketing muscle to the experienced senior management team as it prepares to launch a major new SaaS technology, Surepulse, later this year.

Shashi Bellamkonda was until recently the VP of Digital Marketing at Bozzuto and spent over a decade with Network Solutions working on small business online marketing tools. Bellamkonda is an adjunct faculty at Georgetown University and has several awards and honors including being named one of Washingtonian’s Top 100 Tech Titans from 2009 through 2011, Washington Business Journal Minority Business Leader Award and being included as one of the 100 Small Business Influencer Champions in 2011 and 2012, by Small Business Trends.

Bellamkonda holds a Bachelor of Liberal Arts in Public Administration, Sociology and Economics from Osmania University (India); a Diploma in Business Management from Indira Gandhi Open University (India); a degree in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management & Catering Technology (India); and has completed the Essentials of Marketing at the University of Pennsylvania Wharton School.
