This course is designed to teach students about the basic principles of resistance training, muscular anatomy function, and provide instruction about effective and safe techniques, which develop strength, power, and flexibility. In addition, students will be instructed in advanced cardio workouts, which will include, but not be limited to, circuit training and step aerobics. 1 credit.
- Mondays & Thursdays, 6:30pm to 7:20pm
- Classes take place at Elemental Performance + Fitness ( 134 Lincoln Street, Lander)
