The Texas Tenors will Help Build Homes with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles on Sat., January 25th

Los Angeles, CA: The Texas Tenors, who rose to fame after appearing on America’s Got Talent, will be donating their time this Saturday to help build homes with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles (HFH GLA).   JC Fisher, Marcus Collins and John Hagen will be demonstrating some of their other talents as they trade in microphones for hammers and help build seven affordable and sustainable homes being constructed in the city of Lynwood for hardworking, low-income families.

Over 100 million people around the world tuned into America's Got Talent in 2009 to see three handsome cowboys become the highest-ranking vocal group in the history of the show.  The Texas Tenors bring their unique blend of Country, Gospel, Classical and Broadway to the stage.  With breathtaking vocals, humor and charm, The Texas Tenors have been touring non-stop nationally and internationally for the past three years and have been awarded Critics Choice for Best Act in Branson, Missouri for two years in a row.  In addition, their debut album, "Country Roots-Classical Sound" has the distinction of being the only independent album to be #1 on both the Country and Classical charts.  Their new album "You Should Dream" is produced by Simon Cowell's Grammy and Academy Award nominated musical director Nigel Wright.

The Texas Tenors will be rolling up their sleeves to measure, cut and help install blue board, which is an important step in weatherizing these seven HFH GLA homes. Fans from all around the nation can be part of the action simply by following @thetexastenors and @habitatla on Twitter, where there will be a stream of pictures and posts about the cowboys getting dirty and giving back.
