3rd Street Social coming to Historic Arnold Hall in Lee’s Summit led by Summit Grill team

Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy work with City of Lee’s Summit to preserve history, continue area investment and introduce new social venue

Lee’s Summit, Mo. (June 15, 2015) – Andy Lock and Domhnall Molloy of Summit Grill and Bar - Lee’s Summit and Waldo, announce plans for a new social dining destination with a new concept and their third location. Lock and Molloy worked closely with the City of Lee’s Summit to purchase the historic Arnold Hall building located at 123 Southeast Third Street in downtown Lee’s Summit, Mo, with commitments to meet all historic preservation guidelines as the renovate and transform the building into the new 3rd Street Social.

3rd Street Social is planned to open in early 2016. The new social venue will offer chef-driven casual food with an expansive bar of traditional and creative cocktails, beers and wines. 3rd Street social expands the duo’s commitment to the Lee’s Summit area and introduce a new local venue, unlike any in the area. The menu and design are still finalizing to announce in upcoming months. This is the third concept for Lock and Molloy, who first opened Summit Grill and Bar – Lee’s Summit in 2013, followed by the Summit Grill and Bar – Waldo in 2014.
