The 2014 Women’s Health & Fitness Expo, which will deliver qualified health experts and fitness vendors to a diverse demographic of women, will take place on Saturday, October 25th at The Stafford Center in Houston.
The Women’s Health & Fitness Expo (WHFE) will take place on Saturday, October 25th at The Stafford Center on Cash Road in Houston, Texas. The event offers women attendees free resources to traditional and holistic health and fitness resources, as well as valuable nutrition demonstrations. WHFE is partially sponsored by JAfrican Fitness. The company will perform a 45 minute fitness workshop. More information on the event is available here: www.womenshealthexpo.
“There are two things my company wants to accomplish on October 25th. First, education. Preventative medicine and health education are one in the same. Our sponsors, vendors, and community leaders will do everything possible to educate as many of the attendees as possible at the event,” said Velma Trayham of ThinkZILLA. “The second goal is ROI for our sponsors and participants. We are working to build real client relationships and introduce new products and services that the attendees will actually buy or sign up for- that is, without being pushy or selling them something they don’t need. I think this year’s WHFE is going to fulfill both goals and furnish a win-win for all parties involved.”
This year WHFE’s motto is “Come dressed to sweat” because of the various vendors providing interactive workshops and demonstrations. Hypoxi, for example, will be featuring their new products, which are top-of-the-line fitness machines that slim and tone the body using unique technology. Other appreciated vendors include Green Mountain Energy, Abbvie, Nzuri, Rhuematic Disease Clinic of Houston, Texas Vein & Wellness Institute, and Vein Clinics Of America.
“One of the new features is our featured concession booths and healthy food vendors, which show women how to make better meal choices – even on the go,” said Trayham. Members of the media are encouraged to RSVP to this event for all-access press credentials to interview each vendor and obtain pre and post event quotes, official media reels, and more. Additional spots for vendors, sponsors, and live demonstrations are still available.
