Carolyn Hentschell, President of Handi-Craft Company, is the Featured Presenter at NAWBO Greater St. Louis Chapter’s January 21 Speaker Series

January 12, 2015 (St. Louis) – The National Association of Women Business Owners (NAWBO) Greater St. Louis Chapter will host its January 21 Speaker Series with keynote speaker Carolyn Hentschell, president of Handi-Craft Company, the maker of Dr. Brown’s line of bottles and baby accessories. She will present, “Expanding Your Brand Through Informed Marketing,” from 4:30 - 7:00 p.m. at Sunset Country Club located at 9555 South Geyer Road, St. Louis, MO, 63127.

 

Ms. Hentschell, a native of New Orleans, joined Handi-Craft Company in 2004, as the vice president of sales. In just two years, she was named president of the company. Under her leadership, Ms. Hentschell has helped to dramatically expand Handi-Craft’s signature line of Dr. Brown’s baby bottles both domestically and abroad. A passionate advocate of children’s nutrition, she also became active in an effort called KIDS (Kids in Distressed Situations) to provide bottles to the victims of Hurricane Katrina. The KIDS effort remains active today; providing support to children affected by disasters.

 

The cost to attend for NAWBO members is $75.00, and for non-members the cost is $100.00. Networking is from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m., Ms. Hentschell’s presentation is from 5:15 - 6:00 p.m., and networking is from 6:00 - 7:00 pm.
