21 Octobre –Laïka Fatien Frioul, Madinat Jumeirah

French jazz singer Laïka Fatien is born Paris with mixed origins (Hispano-Moroccan mother and Ivory Coast father). She studied at ARIAL, CIM and IACP (Jazz music schools). In 2008, she released her first CD 'Misery, A Tribute to Billie Holiday' featuring jazz stars Robert Glasper on piano, David EL-Malek on tenor sax, Daryl Hall on bass, and Gregory Hutchinson on drums. Her latest record : 'Come A Little Closer' comes two years after 'Nebula', the album produced by Me’Shell Ndegéocello. On her first visit to the UAE, she will sing at Frioul, Madinat Jumeirah on October 21, 2015.

21 Novembre - Laurent de Wilde Trio – Venue TBC

Laurent de Wilde is a French jazz pianist, composer and writer, born in Washington DC. Between computers and acoustic music, solos and bands Laurent De Wilde experiments all sides of music. His numerous projects in collaboration with artists such as Diane Tell, Abd Al Malik or Jacques Gamblin got him to be awarded with prices. He is a modern and jack of all trades musician. On the occasion of his Asian tour, he will play in Dubai on November 21, 2015. 

Decembre - Laëticia Dana – Date and venue TBC

Laetitia Dana is a French soul singer born of a rare multiculturalism, with a Sephardic mother and a West African father. Laëtitia has been shaped by musical influences ranging from Jill Scott to The Fugees. Mixing jazz and hip hop influence this young woman shares her dynamism and her happiness with her public. Laetitia Dana belongs to the underground Paris stage but her songs are opened on the world, coloured and full of energy.
