True Food Kitchen, which will offer sophisticated healthy dining in Solaire’s 6,400 square foot street-level retail space, is expected to open in fall of 2016.

A few miles north of Solaire Bethesda, WPC has started construction to convert a three-story, 83,592 SF office building to a CubeSmart self-storage facility. Situated on heavily traveled I-270, 4 Research Place was acquired by WPC in 2006. CubeSmart will offer 715 storage units of varying sizes, all accessible from interior conditioned space.
