It Depends on How You Look At It

During a recent morning training session with a group of technicians, I was doing my normal energetic greeting as the participants were arriving.

When one of them asked me, “How’s it going?,” I responded with “It’s a great day!” His immediate response, in a negative tone of voice, was “It depends on how you look at it.” I then answered with “You are absolutely right.”

It does depend on how you look at it. How you look at the day will have a direct impact on your performance. Make it a great day!
