Las Vegas – South Point Hotel, Casino & Spa caters to the stomach of the cowboy during National Rodeos Finals (NFR), and will feature three steakhouses in the spirit of all things “Vegas Cowboy Central,” including the transformation of its well-known Italian restaurant, Don Vito’s Italian, into Don Vito’s Steakhouse from Dec. 3 – 14.

To accommodate the popularity of steak during rodeo season, Don Vito’s will become a replica of Silverado Steakhouse and offer matching menu options.
