Phoenix – Davidson + Belluso is proud to be working with the Tempe Tourism Office (TTO) in promoting the city of Tempe to both meeting planners and leisure travelers. TTO serves as the Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) for the city of Tempe, proud home of Arizona State University and hosting a vibrant, urban downtown. Located in the center of the Greater Phoenix Metropolitan Area, Tempe lends itself to a creative, smart atmosphere where anything seems possible. Tempe cares about community, stresses an active lifestyle and emphasizes a laid-back atmosphere. D+B will use this unique personality in developing creative elements while adding to it the city’s year-round near perfect weather.

Work done for TTO will consist of a full rebrand including an entirely new ad campaign running in multiple key markets across the U.S. Spring Training, specifically, will remain a major area of focus in TTO’s advertising efforts, with winter campaigns centered around Diablo Stadium hosting the Los Angeles Angels each year. A second area of focus for D+B in their marketing emphasis will be TTO’s annual familiarization (FAM) tour inviting meeting planners from all over the country to come experience Tempe first hand. As a DMO for the city, this event is crucial for highlighting why Tempe makes a perfect location for meetings with 10-500 attendees.
