We asked several grillmasters what their secrets were but the most you get is "It's a secret!" It's a friendly competition but a serious one, with most being family teams. I'm sure there's more than one grandpa's recipe being used!
Gates open at 3pm, with the people's choice awards at 5pm. Tickets are $20 each. So bring your appetite and help support local charities. If you go home hungry after this event, you probably didn't try hard enough. For more information, follow your nose, or visit www.SmokinOnThePrairie.com
