Burlington, Vt. – KSV, the Burlington-based marketing firm, has hired Mike Dabreu as associate creative director and senior copywriter.
Dabreu brings to KSV a wealth of experience creating campaigns for national brands including Toyota, Buffalo Wild Wings, Triumph, Verizon Wireless and Georgia Pacific.
After graduating from The Creative Circus in Atlanta, his advertising agency experience includes stints at 22 Squared in Atlanta, St. John and Partners in Jacksonville, and Moxie Interactive in Atlanta. While at 22 Squared, he teamed up with an art director to proactively pitch creative ideas to Triumph that resulted in creative work being assigned to the agency without going through the review process for the iconic motorcycle brand.
Originally from Northport, Long Island, Dabreu is a passionate writer and storyteller who also has worked as a preschool teacher with handicapped children. In his free time, he enjoys playing the guitar, writing three-minute poetry and golfing.
