Executive Chef Po Wang kicks off the first ramen night Tuesday, February 9 with Chicken Shio and Korean Double Fried Chicken Wings
Kansas City, Mo. (February 8, 2016) – Weekly Tuesday "Ramen Nights" launch on Tuesday, February 9 at Summit Grill and Bar's Waldo location. Every Tuesday will feature a different $13 ramen bowl created by executive chef Po Wang, along with an appetizer selection. The first ramen night begins Tuesday, February 9 from 4 – 9 p.m.. The weekly "Ramen Night" will offer a taste of new ramen concept planned for later this year, for which the owners are currently scouting locations.
Chicken Shio is the first ramen dish Summit will introduce to guests. The recipe created by Chef Po Wang incorporates authentic Japanese noodles, slow simmered free-range chicken broth and a farm egg. Summit will announce the featured ramen dish each week via social media.
