Jonathan was raised in a family with eight kids and his childhood was spent inside a religious cult where he devoted over 19,000 hours knocking on doors to create radical conversions in lifestyles and belief in the lives of those he called on. In addition he became a leader, regularly giving inspirational and instructional talks to audiences of up to 11,000 people. This up-close look at how people form, change and develop beliefs became a foundation for understanding how to lead organizations and sales teams where success depends on getting the power of belief ignited in the people you lead or the customers you sell to.
