Trea Day Celebrates 10 Years of Serving Rising and Re-emerging Stars

Trea Day Management & Publicity boasts a decade of merging West Coast WOW and Southern Sensibility for Diverse Array of Clientele

LOS ANGELES, (January 6, 2014)-2014 is poised to be especially momentous for LA and Atlanta based boutique firm, Trea Day Management and Publicity, celebrating its 10th year in the business.

In the past decade, the highly respected agency led by CEO Treavion Davenport launched and re-sparked the careers of popular music talents including multi-platinum chanteuse Chrisette Michele (recently cast in TV One's "R&B Divas LA"), controversial rapper Gucci Mane and Grammy nominated emcee Charli Baltimore (featured on millions of records sold worldwide).

Trea Day's diverse clientele boasts standouts in film/television,  publishing, business, fashion, sports and fitness, and most notably music. Their past and present roster consists of NFL fan favorite Michael Johnson (Defensive End, 93) of the Cincinnati Bengals, Real Housewives of Atlanta  Sheree' Whitfield, business mogul and philanthropist Robert Shumake, and health/fitness expert Diana Hex.

The lion share of Trea Day’s work encompasses the entertainment sector. With Davenport at the helm, the small but effective enterprise contributed to the success of countless careers such as Lil' Flip, Kurupt, 2 Pac's the Outlawz, Pretty Ricky, Rasheeda (Vh1's "Love and Hip-Hop Atlanta") and TV One's "The Ultimate Merger" star Ray Lavender currently starring in Tyler Perry's Hell Hath No Fury Like a Woman Scorned. In addition to client representation, branding strategy, press/red carpet coordination and crisis management, the firm has produced and provided the public relations component for many illustrious events. Trea Day Management and Publicity was named the official agency of record for the 2013 Ambassadors Inaugural Ball in celebration of President and First Lady Barack and Michelle Obama in Washington D.C.

Since its inception in 2004, the agency holds under its belt over 243 events and productions ranging from artists showcases, album releases, product launches, sports festivals and camps, celebrity parties, press conferences, reunions and a plethora of others. Last summer, Trea Day in conjunction with Thinzilla Consulting executed the immensely successful "Beauty and the Beast Swag Lounge", an A-list gifting suite honoring the 2013 ESPY Awards, which featured rap super star The Game, Christina Milan of "The Voice" and Legends of Football League champions The Los Angeles Temptations.

In 2011 the media relations maven was named Female Hip-Hop Publicist of the Year by the Underground Girls of Hip-Hop and appointed Director of Public Relations to the Honorary Consul of the Republic of Botswana in 2012. Davenport closed out 2013 as the PR and Marketing Manager for Shumake Global Partners and Michigan Black Chamber of Commerce's Backyard BBQ for the Homeless. She co-coordinated Charlie Baltimore's "Hard 2 Kill" promo tour for B.M.B. Records, a promising indie label co-owned by her Motor City comrades Trick Trick and Brian M. Brown.

To commemorate Trea Day's 10 year anniversary, Davenport will launch a monthly Master Class series and micro lesson eBooks offering her unique perspective and insight on PR modules tailored to aspiring communication professionals and individuals seeking expert industry knowledge.

Honoring the agency’s milestone, Davenport will host a Trea Day team alumni retreat and star studded gala featuring friends, current and former clientele. For more info contact Trea Day Management & Publicity at 678-327-8281 or treadaypr@gmail.com.
