Former Miami Heat Branding Guru Ancel Pratt lll and Women's Sports Media Pioneer Tandi Wilder, have teamed up to launch an innovative new startup- The Foundation Guy. The Miami-virtual consulting agency, assists top Nonprofits and Celebrity Foundations with leveraging their existing media relations, marketing, and publicity campaigns. Both Wilder & Pratt have extensive experience working with celebrity talent, non profit organizations and startups.
"Tandi and I have worked on many high level projects together, and we've come across a common problem and theme of several well intentioned foundations. Many organizations struggle with the best and most cost-effective way to get their story out. As a result they often outsource with a variety of vendors with very mixed results," said Pratt. The Foundation Guy is designed to be an effective, one stop shop for foundations for marketing, publicity, social media and PR," he added.
"Ancel and I both recognize that the end goal for organizations is their ability to provide a great community service. But foundations need to get the word out about their good work. It's not to their strategic advantage to be a well kept secret," said Wilder.
Wilder, who also has a background as a national public radio journalist, has customized effective PR and Social Media campaigns for individuals in a wide variety of industries, from syndicated radio and entertainment, to the arts. Her clients have included Radio Host Rick Party of Hot 105, WZAB Business Radio Personality Pete De La Torre, Sirius/XM Radio Personality Dr. Wilmer Leon, Performing Artist Gelan Lambert, American Idol Symphony Howlett, R&B Singer Seanetta Carson, Michael Eric Dyson and Comedian Sheryl Underwood.
Pratt has over 12 years of event production, marketing and project management experience.
