Pub Menu Launches Monday at The Drum Room Lounge

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (March XX, 2014) – The Drum Room Lounge launches a pub menu Monday featuring creations from Providence New American Kitchen Executive Chef Eric Carter. The new menu will include new items as well as some familiar items from the Providence menu. New additions continue to follow the contemporary flavors that pay homage to American history in the existing Providence menu.

Designed as a casual, affordable and plugged in menu for lunch, an afternoon break or uncomplicated evening, the menu will serve between 11:00 a.m. and 11:00 p.m. exclusively in the Drum Room Lounge. Food selections can accompany craft cocktails from Mixologist Brock Schulte and the award-winning bar staff. Exclusive cocktails, full bar and beer and wine selections are available until 11:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday, 2:00 a.m. Friday-Saturday and 10:00 p.m. Sunday.
