Three WA suburbs make the future hotspots list

New data from onthehhouse.com.au has revealed that outer city regions are set to provide some of the best investment opportunities based on rental and capital returns.  

The nation-wide list accommodates for the top 10 suburbs around the country based on rental yields, five year capital growth predictions, industry surroundings, confidence rating and employment opportunities.

Three WA suburbs made the cut, including Seville Grove, Dallyellup and Secret Harbour with the following statistics.

The information released reveals that investors should be keeping an eye on these prime locations that have good employment opportunities, education options, well connected transportation and have planned developments in the area that will attract future populations.

While it is believed these suburbs will perform well, experts say buyers should always do their own personal research to build their knowledge of the suburbs potential.  

Peard Real Estate Suburb Profile: Secret Harbour

Secret Harbour is a popular location serviced by Peard Real Estate Rockingham. Located approximately 50 kilometres from the Perth CBD, in the City of Rockingham, the area is home to a population of over 12,000.
