The offering of these packages is the hotel’s response to constant client demand for sophisticated and timeless venues that provide an exciting gastronomic experience.
The Regatta Hotel has four function rooms that guests can use for different occasions, from corporate meetings to weddings. The venues include the Winterford Room, the Thornton Room, the Gailey Room, and the Gazzard Room. All are located on the first level of the hotel. Some of these rooms have verandas that allow guests to see the beauty of the Brisbane River and the surrounding areas.
Lunch and Dinner Packages
The Regatta Hotel offers two-course and three-course lunches and dinners. The two-course selection is priced at $45per head, while the other one is at $55 for each guest. For the entrées, clients can choose from freshly shucked oysters with red wine vinegar and shallots, heirloom tomato salad with Persian fetta crumble, and pan-seared Hervey Bay scallops.
For the main course, the hotel usually offers char-grilled beef tenderloin with potato pave, greens, and a wild mushroom sauce; pan-seared market fish with finger fennel, potatoes, fried onions, and dill crème, and fennel pollen. They also have char-grilled pork cutlets with caramelised onions.
For dessert, the Regatta Hotel serves chocolate fondant with candied orange, double cream, chocolate and coconut grumbs; lemon and yuzu tart with an orange salad, lemon meringue and lemon gelato. They also have a selection of Australian farmhouse cheeses with lavoche and crackers.
