The ‘Upslope Get Down’ will feature eight bands, beer and food on May 16
Boulder, Colo. (April 9, 2015) – The ‘Upslope Get Down,’ Upslope Brewing Company‘s spring music festival, will once again be held at its Flatiron Park location on Saturday, May 16, 2015. The no-charge event will feature Upslope brews, a variety of local food trucks and eight bands playing on two stages continuously from 1 p.m. until 11 p.m.
“As the temperatures begin to rise, so does our excitement for the annual Upslope Get Down music festival,” said Upslope Marketing Manager Katie Hill. “Year one was a huge success and we’re looking forward to making the second annual event bigger and better. We’re ready to get outside, drink some beer, enjoy awesome live music and celebrate with a couple thousand of our closest friends!”
Festivalgoers will be treated to ten hours of uninterrupted music by headliner Taylor Frederick's Funk Circus (featuring members of Yamn, The Motet, Jaden Carlson Band and More), Rowdy Shadehouse, The Yawpers, A. Tom Collins, Technicolor Tone Factory, Cure For The Common, The Good Kind and K-Law.
Those looking to upgrade to a VIP experience can enjoy the show from the centrally located Illegal Pete’s VIP tent where they will be treated to unlimited Upslope beer (including limited, specialty styles), food from Illegal Pete’s, a souvenir pint glass and private restrooms. The festival is open to all ages but those under 21 will need to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Also, Upslope asks that attendees’ four-legged friends be left at home.
