Eleven new hand-crafted spring cocktails launch at Summit Grill and Bar, Lee's Summit and Waldo

KANSAS CITY, Mo. (May 19, 2016) – Both Summit Grill and Bar locations introduce a new spring cocktail menu featuring a diverse selection of refreshing, seasonal flavors.

Summit’s new spring cocktails are developed in-house by the team with its expert bartenders. Many of the ingredients focus on seasonal flavors such as lemon, lime, lavender and mint. The spring cocktail list is available now at both locations.

About Summit Grill and Bar

Summit Bar and Grill is a casual American restaurant opened in Lee’s Summit, Missouri in 2013 and Kansas City, Missouri’s historic Waldo neighborhood in Oct. 2014.
