Burlington, Vt. – KSV, the Burlington-based marketing firm, has hired Dave Treston as a senior account planner. At KSV, Treston is responsible for guiding quantitative and qualitative research and account planning efforts for many of KSV’s clients.
Treston is a senior-level strategist and account planner whose experience spans the utility, technology, retail, financial and professional services industries in both direct-to-consumer and business-to-business environments. His previous clients include AmeriGas, UnitedHealthcare, IKEA and Comcast SportsNet.
“Dave is already delivering insights that are making the work better,” said Rob Niccolai, client group director at KSV. “He’s leading the charge for our national survey of homeowners, looking into how sustainability drives decisions for today’s consumers.”
After graduating magna cum laude with a B.A. in communication and a B.S. in marketing from Virginia Tech in Blacksburg, Virginia, Treston received his master’s degree in mass communications from the Virginia Commonwealth University (VCU) Brandcenter.
In his free time, Treston continues to enjoy studying communications and human behavior through hobbies that include thumbing through the stacks of record stores, mastering arcane knowledge for trivia contests, and brewing beer at home.
