NEW START DATE
The American Liver Foundation Rocky Mountain Division announces the launch of A Journey of Champions, October 8, 2014, a support group series for individuals living with liver disease. The six-week series, of unique sessions, will offer innovative tools and information that will help participants feel empowered in their journey with liver disease. The American Liver Foundation Rocky Mountain Division, in collaboration with Colorado Health Network, Inc., continues to bring unique direct services to the Denver Metro community.
"There is an unfortunate gap in support group offerings in the Denver Metro area with more and more Coloradans being diagnosed and living with liver disease. A Journey of Champions will help provide a needed outlet for individuals seeking support group environments. The support group series is scheduled quarterly throughout 2015 with plans to expand into additional areas of Colorado," said Joe McCormack, Executive Director American Liver Foundation Rocky Mountain Division.
