Ohio Real Estate Expert Denise Swick Profiled in USA Today

Denise Swick, top Re/Max broker in Dayton/Ohio’s Miami Valley, was recently featured in USA Today in recognition of her latest best-selling book, “Cracking the Real Estate Code.”

Dayton, OH – June 10, 2014 – Dayton, Ohio based real estate broker Denise Swick, was recently seen in USA Today in recognition of her recent best-selling book, Cracking The Real Estate Code.  The National Academy of Best-Selling Authors™ (NABSA) offers its congratulations to Ms. Swick for her contribution to the book. The NABSA is an organization that honors authors from many of the leading independent best-seller lists.

In the USA Today feature, Denise Swick remarks, “I was honored to be a part of this collaborative book of top-producing agents across the country! It really explains techniques high performers use that help sellers sell and get the highest market value, and gets buyers to understand the process and obtain great purchasing value. ‘Performance Outsells Promises: Perfecting Pricing To Get A Home Sold,’ is my chapter defining how to price the home, in any market, to obtain the absolute highest price.”

True to the title of the book, Swick has worked the seemingly impossible, not only surviving but also thriving in a rust belt area that was one of the hardest hit real estate markets in Ohio during the recent economic downturn. As recently as the Spring of 2013, when the national foreclosure rate had dropped 23 percent from the same time during the previous year, Ohio saw a 73 percent increase in scheduled foreclosure actions compared to a year earlier, recording a 68 month high. Swick says that within the state, Dayton has been among the top five cities for foreclosures over the past several years.

Despite these trends, Swick and her team of RE/MAX professionals (dba Denise Swick & Company), driven by their mission to deliver the absolute best results the market will allow, are consistently in the top producing agents in their market, focusing on residential resale not short sales or foreclosures, the Miami Valley, which refers to the land area surrounding the Great Miami River in Southwest Ohio. It includes the cities of Dayton, Beavercreek, Bellbrook, Centerville, Fairborn, Huber Heights, Oakwood, Springboro, Vandalia, Springfield, Middletown and Hamilton.

A feature story about Denise Swick was recently seen on the Bloomberg Businessweek website as well as the other major online publications such as, The Boston Globe, MarketWatch, Los Angeles Daily News and Yahoo!Finance, among many others.
