4-Course Dinner Pairing
Scott Kerkmans--Award Winning Brewer, Certified Beer Judge, and one of the first 5 Certified Cicerone’s in the world joins Chef Michael to prepare a delicious 4-course dinner paired with Snowy Mountain Brewery craft beer. Dinner begins Friday night at 6pm in the Silver Saddle Restaurant and is $55 per person, including craft beer, tax and gratuity. Reservations required at 307-326-5261 or 800-5940178. Craft Beer 101, Cooking Demo & Fall Feast Dinner
