Specially crafted New Year’s Eve menu will usher in 2015 at Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar

Many dishes created by Executive Chef Sheila Lucero will make a one-time appearance; $1.25 oysters available after 11 p.m.

Kansas City, Mo. (Dec. 17, 2014) – Jax Fish House & Oyster Bar plans to usher in 2015 with a menu specially crafted by Executive Chef Sheila Lucero for New Year’s Eve. In addition to Jax’s full dinner menu, diners can enjoy custom dishes available that night only, including varieties of fresh caviar and roe, as well as two exclusive appetizers and entrées, including a USDA Prime grade New York Strip sourced from Creekstone Farms in Arkansas City, Kan., paired with Red King Crab.

In addition to the special New Year’s Eve menu, Jax will also offer its happy hour from 4 – 6 p.m.

Jax will take reservations up until 11 p.m. on New Year’s Eve and the bar area will remain open until 1 a.m., where diners can enjoy fresh oysters at happy hour prices - $1.25 per oyster – starting at 11 p.m.
