(Las Vegas) – Matt Smith Physical Therapy, a locally owned and operated company dedicated to changing lives through physical therapy and community outreach, has recently expanded its operations to include the acquisition of Rancho Injury Care Center. The clinic will become the company’s 14th Matt Smith Physical Therapy location in Southern Nevada.
The newly acquired clinic is located at 500 S. Rancho Drive, Suite 2, in Las Vegas. It is open from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday, Wednesday and Friday; and 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday and Thursday. The location also has bilingual staff.
“This acquisition is exciting for our business as we continue to grow and offer convenient locations and quality care for our patients,” said the company’s founder, Matt Smith.
Leading the clinic is Physical Therapist and Personal Injury Clinical Director John Lyons, MSPT, MCMT, OCS. Lyons graduated from Ithaca College with a Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degree in Physical Therapy. Lyons is a board-certified specialist in orthopedics by the American Physical Therapy Association and a certified manual therapist through Hands-On Seminars in New York. He has been practicing in Las Vegas since 2004 with a concentration in sports medicine, post-operative rehabilitation and persistent pain resulting from car accidents and work-related injuries.
