Chestnut Ridge, NY, July 10, 2014 -- MC2 announced that Martin Knott has joined the company as president of the southwest division, which includes Las Vegas, San Francisco and Kingman, Arizona. In addition, MC2 has promoted William Foster to vice president of the southwest division.
In his new role, Knott will manage the substantial division business from top Fortune 500 clients. He will be responsible for the productivity of sales, manufacturing, design and management at the southwest division. Knott has a significant and distinguished track record in the exhibit/tradeshow business having served in a number of roles including director of business development for Display Works and president, U.S. division of 2Heads Global Design in Los Angeles. From 2008-2011, he served as the northeast division vice president of MC2. Knott replaces Shana Carr who resigned to explore opportunities outside the industry after 23 years in the trade show industry. Knott will be based in Las Vegas.
As vice president of the southwest division, Foster will concentrate on pre-sale and operational responsibilities. He has more than 20 years of experience in the industry and brings expertise in business development, project management, production, logistics, event management and client services. Foster will relocate from MC2's northeast division to Las Vegas.
