Utah’s newest fast casual restaurant opens two locations in the Salt Lake Valley with more to come.

Salt Lake City, UT - Pizza Studio, the newest fast casual restaurant concept, comes to Utah with two grand openings in October.  The first opens its doors this week on Fort Union Boulevard, with the second location on Foothill Village slated to open on Wednesday, October 29th

“We are thrilled to be introducing Utah to this fast, healthy, custom pizza concept,” says co-owner Blake Murray.  Murray says feedback already has been overwhelmingly positive, confirming the demand for Pizza Studio’s approach to pizza.  “Our customers can choose exactly what they want on their pizza, and can have cooked and ready in a matter of minutes,” he adds.

With Pizza Studio’s “Create Your Masterpiece”™ pizzas, guests choose from five artisan crusts, including gluten free, specialty sauces and freshly-grated cheeses and then select an unlimited number of premium toppings comprised of meats, veggies, and spices. The restaurant also offers a variety of “Starving Artist Originals,”™ pizzas that are chef-crafted combinations as an alternative for those who just can’t decide which of the over 20 delicious ingredients to choose from. All pizzas are cooked to perfection in about two minutes. Chopped salads, fresh oven-baked cookies, and an assortment of beverages round out the menu options.

All Utah locations will be open Mondays through Saturdays 11am until 10pm.

Pizza Studio embraces the art of pizza making, and it also embraces the work of local artists. Each Pizza Studio location includes a “Starving Artists’ Wall,” where local artists feature and sell their work. Artists are not charged a fee to display their art, nor pay any commissions when it sells.
