Menu additions include 5 fresh seafood dishes and 3 craft cocktails
GLENDALE, Wis. (June 16, 2016) – Devon Seafood + Steak will debut eight additions to its menu on Monday, June 20, including five seafood dishes and three handcrafted cocktails. Executive Chef Tony Hargrove will debut the menu items on Devon’s daily menu, available for lunch and/or dinner every day of the week.
The new menu items highlight Devon’s always fresh, “top-of-the-catch” seafood while blending healthy, locally sourced ingredients with carefully selected flavors to complement each dish. Additionally, the three new, craft cocktails bring refreshing, on-trend recipes to Devon’s established bar program, including the use of Devon’s Tea Forté collection, which is the exclusive house purveyor of premium teas for the renowned James Beard Foundation.

Smoked Salmon Carpaccio and Shrimp Ceviche – smoked salmon topped with marinated shrimp, mango, red and yellow pepper pico, jalapenos, scallions, mint, ginger vinaigrette, spiced wonton crisps
Togarashi Salmon – Japanese chile-rubbed salmon, flash fried shishito peppers, lemon risotto hash, miso beurre blanc, cucumber radish slaw
Lemongrass Shrimp Tacos – grilled chipotle shrimp, corn tortillas, lemongrass aioli, bibb lettuce, pickled red onion, grape tomatoes relish, pineapple mango salsa, fresh mint, chile oil, soy honey roasted peanuts
Ahi Tuna Tuscan Salad – char crust Ahi Tuna, mixed greens, red chile sourdough croutons, oven roasted tomatoes and bell peppers, parmesan, tomato basil caper salad, sherry vinaigrette
Hickory Char Crust Sea Scallops – roasted cauliflower and potato puree, crispy pork belly, basil EVO, watercress, radish, chives, yuzu crema, tobiko roe, smoked sea salt
Ginger Pear Whiskey – house-infused white whiskey with White Ginger Pear Tea Forté, La Marca Prosecco float
Chamomile Sour – house-infused rye whiskey with Chamomile Citron Tea Forte, fresh sour mix, egg white
Hemingway – Bacardi Gran Reserve Maestro, Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur, freshly squeezed lime and grapefruit juices
Devon Seafood + Steak is located in Bayshore Town Center, serving fresh seafood based on the day’s catch, premium steaks and an expansive bar selection. Bar and patio specials are available Monday – Saturday from 4 – 7 p.m., Sunday from 2 – 9 p.m. and Monday – Saturday from 9 p.m. – close. Specials include $7 appetizers, One Buck Shuck from Chef Tony’s daily selection of oysters on the half shell, $3.50 lobster claws and drink specials. Additionally, Devon serves a widely popular Sunday buffet-style brunch offering a variety of traditional brunch favorites, fresh seafood and decadent desserts.
