The office space at 1919 14th Street, NW, which will be available on weekends and evenings, provides street-level visibility just steps from the Metro station and across the street from the new Trader Joe’s.
“We moved into our new office space to be in the locus of the urban neighborhoods where we market and sell the city’s most exciting new condominiums,” said Lynn Hackney, President, Urban Pace. “We now have fantastic visibility on 14th Street with its heavy pedestrian traffic, but our windows go when there’s no one in the office. We’d like to give nonprofits the opportunity to use our space constructively in ways that will enliven the streetscape during non-office hours.”
