J. Gilbert’s celebrates 20 years with exclusive $20 dinner menu and half-price bottles of wine on Aug. 23

OVERLAND PARK, KS. (August 6, 2015) – In honor of its 20th anniversary, J. Gilbert’s Wood-Fired Steaks & Seafood will serve an exclusive $20 dinner menu, as well as bottled wine specials, on Sunday, Aug. 23. Diners will have the choice of selecting half-price bottles of wine valued at $100 or less, or 25 percent off bottles of wine marked higher than $100.

The $20 menu selections are as follows:

All entrées served with Yukon mashed potatoes and grilled asparagus


6 oz. Center Cut Filet Mignon


4 oz. Filet Combo with Jumbo Lump Crab Cake


14 oz. Bone-In Duroc Pork Chop


10 oz. Prime Sirloin

J. Gilbert’s continues to offer its happy hour food and drink specials every Sunday through Friday from 4 – 6:30 p.m. in the bar, featuring $2 oysters on the half shell, $3 lobster claws and appetizers starting at $6. Half-price bottles of wine valued at $100 or less will also continue to be available every Sunday.
