Monkey Bizness Franchise Celebrates 10 Years

Denver (April 2014) - One of Denver’s largest children’s entertainment locations celebrates 10 years in business. To celebrate the occasion, Monkey Bizness of Centennial celebrated their growth in the community with a party!

“We wanted to celebrate what we love to do every day with the community we love to serve, so we threw a birthday party!” said Jason Paulo co-founder.  The special birthday celebration included pizza, birthday cake, face painting, balloon artists, caricature artists, raffles & giveaways! They also had special visits from Colorado Mammoth mascot Wooly, Dance Exploration and Gott a Costume.  With close to 900 people in attendance, the party was a great success.

Monkey Bizness was founded by Jason Paulo and David Thompson in 2004. They opened the first corporate 12,000 square foot location in Centennial, Colorado where Paulo serves as CEO.

In November 2005 the company opened a second corporate location in Houston, Texas where Thompson and his family resides. By 2007 Paulo and Thompson were fully committed to providing wholesome, activity based facilities to get kids off the couch and exercising their bodies and minds and decided to franchise. In January 2008 the first Monkey Bizness franchise opened in Olathe, Kansas with franchisees Carrie and Calvin Bingham.

Paulo has served as CEO of Monkey Bizness franchising since its inception and has grown the system to 10 stores in four states.  With the multiple company-owned locations and success of the franchise locations, Paulo has established a franchise recruitment sales process and will expand the brand domestically.
