Notes: Teams in both the NASCAR Sprint Cup and Xfinity Series will run the same combination of left- and right-side tires at Dover this weekend . . . this is the same tire set-up these teams ran at this track earlier this season . . . this right-side tire code (D-4440) has been run at Dover since 2012, being paired with this left-side tire code (D-4392) for the first time this June . . . in addition to Dover, this particular left-side has been run at Chicagoland, Darlington (Xfinity only), Kentucky and Texas this season . . . Dover is unique among NASCAR ovals one mile or less in length, in that inner liners are required on all four tire positions . . . air pressure in those inner liners should be 12-25 psi greater than that of the outer tire.

NASCAR K&N Pro Series East: Goodyear will also provide tires for the K&N East race at Dover this week . . . Dover is the only track these teams run this combination of tire codes -- D-3066 on the left-side and D-3067 on the right-side . . . K&N teams are allowed four sets of tires for this event -- two for practice, one to qualify/start the race and one to put on at the mid-race break.
