California Education Technology Organization to host its 54th Annual Conference geek style with renewed focus on Innovation, Leadership and Achievement

Sacramento, CA - Put away the light sabers as education and technology have paired up to prove there are better ways to navigate the public education system in today’s fast paced digital era.  The California Educational Technology Professionals Association announces its 54th Annual CETPA Conference and Tradeshow to be held November 18-21, 2014, near the state capitol at the Sacramento Convention Center, located at 1400 J Street, Sacramento, Ca., 95814.

With an emphasis on creating stronger communities and transforming the way learning is achieved through the use of technology in public education, this year’s conference aims to embrace education with a program full of dynamic speakers and breakout sessions surrounding leadership and change.  Keynote speaker Mark Sanborn is one of a few great minds who will present at the conference.

“We each know how good we have become, but none of us knows how good we can be,” Mark said in his own words.  “One of the most exciting opportunities we get each day is to pursue our potential.” Mark Sanborn is notorious for challenging his audiences with this message and provides insights for extraordinary living.

The event will feature four days of non-stop action where nearly 1,000 technology professionals will network and embrace the inner geek while they improve upon professional skills, share information, enjoy hosted meals, and learn a great deal about 21st century teaching methods that will build a future of high achievers through innovation and change leadership.
