Ridgestone Bank Expands Commercial Lending in Appleton, Wis.

BROOKFIELD, Wis. (March 30, 2015) – Ridgestone Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Dylan Esterling to its SBA and USDA Commercial Lending Team as a Vice-President, Commercial Lending.  Esterling’s focus is on government guaranteed lending for businesses throughout Wisconsin with an emphasis on the greater Appleton, Wis. market.  Ridgestone Bank’s Fox Valley loan production office is located on 3051 Progress Way in Kaukauna.

Esterling has worked in banking and small business finance for 10 years, first as a credit analyst and then transitioning to a relationship management role.  He previously worked for an SBA 504 CDC company based in Green Bay, Wis. and has worked extensively with various SBA programs throughout his career.  He has been involved with the United Way Fox Cities Employee Campaign since 2013.  Previously he served on the board of directors for Ridgeway Country Club in Neenah, Wis.
