LaneTerralever Reinvents the Quarterly Meeting

Local agency partners with non-profit HandsOn Greater Phoenix

PHOENIX (February 25, 2015) – LaneTerralever announced quarterly results last week to employees and established a new precedent in quarterly meetings. Following the quarterly results review, the firm employees partnered with HandsOn Greater Phoenix to serve their community by encouraging leadership at a neighborhood elementary school.

“We get together each quarter to discuss all the great things LaneTerralever is doing for our clients and for the community,” Chris Johnson, president of LaneTerralever, said. “We realized we could use our influence and employees’ passion to do even more in our community.”

On February 18, 2015, 116 of LaneTerralever’s employees teamed up at Maie Bartlett Heard Elementary School (MBHES) to paint murals, assist in grounds keeping and complete several other projects to enhance the aesthetics of the school and strengthen the “Be H.E.A.R.D.” motto. By partnering with HandsOn Greater Phoenix, LaneTerralever helped enhance education for 650 Phoenix students.

“When the students see the cleanliness of the school, they see things they can be proud of,” Heard Elementary Principal, Anthony Pietrangeli, said. “We need to help remind students they are at school to enrich their lives and this is a place to ‘be H.E.A.R.D.’. A place to do good things.”

LaneTerralever plans to continue delivering service to the community with each quarterly meeting. “It was an extraordinary experience," said Beau Lane, CEO of LaneTerralever. “Using our quarterly meeting time to build stronger relationships with our community and with each other helps us grow as individuals and as an agency."
