Siewert will focus on developing opportunities with small and mid-sized businesses that would benefit from alternative loan structuring by offering options to traditional banking models. Siewert has more than eight years of commercial banking experience, with extensive experience in credit. His expertise in underwriting, financial analysis, loan structuring and risk assessment will benefit business borrowers at Ridgestone Bank. Siewert is involved in several community organizations such as Whitetails Unlimited – River Valley, United Way, the Women’s Community and the Humane Society.
