On four dates this year, visitors to Powell Gardens can catch a free ride from Kansas City, Mo. The garden is offering complimentary shuttle service from the Ewing and Muriel Kauffman Memorial Garden on these dates:
- Father's Day, Sunday, June 19: Shuttle leaves Kauffman Memorial Garden at 11:30 a.m. and leaves Powell Gardens at 3:30 p.m.

- Saturday, July 16: Shuttle leaves Kauffman Memorial Garden at 10 a.m. and leaves Powell Gardens at 2:30 p.m.
Kansas City Zoo members get half-price admission to Powell Gardens today.
- Sunday, August 7: Shuttle leaves Kauffman Memorial Garden at 12:30 p.m. and leaves Powell Gardens at 4:30 p.m.

- Saturday, August 13: Shuttle leaves Kauffman Memorial Garden at 10:30 a.m. and leaves Powell Gardens at 2 p.m.
It's the final weekend of the Festival of Butterflies.
Reserve a Seat
Because seating is limited, reservations are required and can be made at powellgardens.org/shuttle or by emailing the preferred date and number of seats needed to firstname.lastname@example.org. Individuals who cannot afford Garden admission can also request free admission for these dates.
