(Butler, PA) The Butler County Community College Education Foundation, Inc. is pleased to announce it received a gift of $5,000 from The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton.
William C. Marsh, Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of Farmers National Bank noted, “Our Bank is delighted by our ongoing relationship with BC3 and the Foundation. We feel that any support that we provide goes to the betterment of the community at large and results in opportunities for students and other constituencies of the college.”
“Our partnership with Farmers is a great example of a successful public, private collaboration,” said BC3 President Nick Neupauer. “Farmers is the premier sponsor of the BC3 Education Foundation Golf Outing since 2010. The College is also fortunate to have members of the Farmers National Bank team provide leadership on several BC3 initiatives.”
In addition to this gift, Farmers has made generous gifts to the BC3 Education Foundation, Inc. through the Pennsylvania EITC (Educational Improvement Tax Credit ) program. In 2013, Farmers provided an EITC gift of $15,000 which supports the BC3 College within the High School and BC3 Center for Economic Education programs.
