The Wyoming Veterans Memorial Museum in Casper will be holding a public meeting on Saturday, June 25th at noon to discuss plans for a new museum building. This meeting is for the Level II Architectural Design process and the public is encouraged to attend. The Level I study been completed, confirmed the requirement and need for a new museum facility specifically designed to serve as a public museum, and identified the current location at the Casper/Natrona County International Airport as the appropriate site for this new museum.
The next step in the process is the public meeting held on Saturday for members of the public to view the proposed design, ask questions, and offer comments on the proposed new museum. The meeting is free and all interested citizens are encouraged to attend. Members of the museum design team will be available to answer questions. The meeting will begin at noon and is scheduled to last one hour. Refreshments will be served. If you are interested and available to attend, the museum would enjoy hearing from you!
