SAN FRANCISCO/LOS ANGELES (November 13, 2014)—Polaris Pacific, the premier West Coast real estate sales, marketing and research firm, announced today veteran housing marketer Emily Norton has joined the firm’s Los Angeles office as Project Director, overseeing current properties in downtown L.A. and in Glendale, among others in Orange County and the L.A. basin. Polaris Pacific’s Southern California team is currently in sales or planning phases of properties totaling more than 1,000 units of housing.

Emily Norton brings more than 12 years of sales and marketing experience to the Polaris Pacific team. Prior to joining the company, Emily worked alongside two divisions of Lennar Homes as a Field Account Lead at Swirl Inc. and as a Regional Account Manager for The Ryness Company where she oversaw the marketing, sales and closings of more than 2,000 homes across a variety of communities in Southern California.
